Refund policy

Terms and Conditions of Tadmur Trading & Contracting WLL.

The return and exchange policy are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008 and its amendments.

Refund and Replacement Policy:

    • Customers may claim a refund of goods within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the sales invoice.
    • Customers may claim a replacement of goods within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of the sales invoice
    • Original sales invoice and delivery note must be submitted for claim verification.
    • Goods purchased against special orders are non-refundable or non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
    • Defects must be reported within the manufacturer's warranty period or within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of the invoice.
    • Only unused merchandise eligible for resale is eligible for refund/exchange.

Refund/Exchange Process:

    • Replacement merchandise obtained within 3 (Three) working days after receiving returned merchandise.
    • No replacement/refund for goods previously installed or used, unless manufactural default occurred during the warranty period.
    • Cash refunds for amounts up to 1,000 Qatari riyals within 7 (Seven) working days.
    • Refunds over QR 1,000 issued by check within 7 (Seven) working days.

Cancellation:

    • To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer order cancellation before the item is shipped. You have the flexibility to cancel your order by contacting our customer service team.

Complaints and Returns:

    • Complaints about defects or damage must be registered within specific timeframes based on product type.
    • Sanitary ware and ceramic elements must be reported immediately or within 10 (Ten) days from delivery.
    • Tiles and sanitary ware not replaceable once installed. Color or size differences must be addressed before installation.

Variation in Color/Shade:

    • Normal variation of 3% to 5% in color/shade during each production batch for the provided sample.

 Electrical Appliances:

    • Replacement or refund for electrical appliances, air conditioners, and in case of manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
    • Technical defects requiring maintenance addressed within 14 (Fourteen) days.

Customer Responsibilities for Installation (If applicable)

    • Customers must prepare required on-site elements (electricity points, water, drainage connections, cement base, and canopy for heaters) before supply.

Hard Surfaces, Kitchens, and Wardrobes:

    • Customer agrees on design, sizes, colors, manufacturing, and installation during the purchase process.
    • No additional costs or modifications after agreement and completion of the purchase and manufacturing process.

 Title Deed and Ownership:

    • Title deed of sold goods remains under the ownership of Tadmur Trading & Contracting WLL until the full invoice amount is paid.
    • Title deed is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the full payment.

 Supply and Unloading of Goods:

    • Tadmur Trading & Contracting WLL is responsible for delivering materials until entering the site; unloading is the customer's responsibility.
    • Materials are unloaded on the ground floor only.
    • Air conditioners, coolers, and central heaters lifted by Tadmur Trading & Contracting WLL's installation teams in normal cases; special cases requiring a crane are not covered.
